RM series horizontal machining center, designed with large span, high rigidity, and high strength. During the machining process, the worktable and cutting tools can be automatically exchanged, and various processes such as milling, drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, etc. can be carried out in one clamping for four faces.

Configure horizontal and vertical circular ribs, and the column adopts a double column closed frame structure. The cavity is equipped with high vertical and horizontal circular ribs, greatly enhancing the torsional and bending resistance of the column.

The base adopts an optimized M-shaped rib arrangement to ensure its strength and rigidity, so that the performance indicators of each component reach the optimal level, ensuring the stability of accuracy.

All three axes are equipped with large-sized roller linear guides, which comprehensively improve the rigidity of the equipment while ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the machine.

The two ends of each axis are supported by DBD type three column angular contact bearings. In order to facilitate high-precision shaft feed, low-noise, high-precision ball screws are used, and appropriate pre tension is applied at both ends to minimize the impact of heat generation.

By using large-diameter bearings to improve the rigidity of the spindle, various cutting performance can be achieved in a wide range of fields, from low-speed heavy cutting to high-speed light cutting.

In order to operate continuously at high speed for a long time, an oil cooler is installed. The spindle oil with constant temperature circulates around the bearings in the oil cooler to prevent thermal deflection and extension of the spindle due to heat generation, thus achieving high-precision machining.
